Return Policy
We are aware that mistakes happen and we are prepared to correct any problems with your order. If you have received an order that you feel is incorrect please call (508) 222-2479 and ask for the main office. Please have your invoice handy so that you will have all of the information availalble. All returns must be authorized by Willow Tree Poultry Farm. Please note, because of the nature of the product, returns are NOT allowed on perishable items.
There MUST be someone home to receive any perishable food order. These orders are shipped with either dry ice or ice packs and don't last long in a warm climate, either at your home or in the delivery truck. The delivery driver must be able to deliver to your address as early as possable, usually in the morning. If the driver has to return later we cannot guarentee the quality of the product. Be sure to put the product under the proper refrigeration as soon as it is received.
